Return Policy
JEDCO wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Customers may return any stock items for a refund or exchange.
We want you to feel secure in your decision to shop with us, so JEDCO makes it straightforward and easy to return or exchange items should a customer not be satisfied for any reason.
Return of Stock Items
On all purchases of stock items, customers may return those items in “as new condition” within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. It’s that simple! For the return of items delivered past 30 days, a restocking charge may be assessed. If the customer would like to return an item, they should contact our sales team at 678-608-2858 to notify the team of their desire to return an item. They will provide the customer with a form to complete and return with their package. Note on all standard returns, the refund applies to the cost of goods only. JEDCO only refunds freight charges when:
- Items on a shipment have been damaged; or
- JEDCO staff have made an error in sales or shipping.
JEDCO cannot provide refunds for any custom or non-stock items. Job quantity returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged / Defective Items
Should a customer receive damaged or defective merchandize, they should keep the damaged item, the original shipping box, and all packing materials and call the JEDCO sales team at 678-608-2858. To make a claim for damages with the freight carrier, JEDCO will need the customer to provide specific photos to support the claim. Upon notification of damaged or defective items, JEDCO will reship a replacement item at no cost or issue the customer a refund, if preferred. The sales team will handle the damage claim with the manufacturer and/or the freight carrier. If necessary, we will arrange to get the damaged/defective items back from the customer at JEDCO’s cost.
Shipping Guidance
For standard returns, the customer may return the item(s) by whichever freight carrier they prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS, others) at their cost. We ask that customers carefully package the return items and recommend securing insurance and tracking to ensure safe arrival back at JEDCO. JEDCO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns. If the warehouse receives a damaged package, JEDCO will refuse the package. JEDCO will provide a return shipping label when our staff made a mistake in taking or shipping the order.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses deliver without prior notification, the credit will be less than the original freight to cover costs associated with the refusal with the freight carrier.
